All the designs currently shown on the site are samples of previous work. Your design will be fully customized around your photos and requests!

Designs are proofed and emailed to you within 2 business days and orders are NOT printed without approval. Once approved, you will have your order in about 14 days shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Proofs:

While we strive to prevent errors, please consider that the proof process is extremely CRITICAL - it is very important that you take the time to DOUBLE AND TRIPLE-check your proof(s). If you are busy, pressed for time, or distracted when first viewing your proof,  it is STRONGLY suggested that you delay approval until you have more time to go over the proof thoroughly. Errors in information that are found after approval to print, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

You are NOT limited to the designs shown. All orders are fully customized from scratch based around your design selection. If you do not receive your proof within 1-2 business days, please be sure to check "spam" or "bulk" mail boxes as the images often trigger it as spam.

Any changes in layout, color, font, orientation, and special effects are included in your order and the proof process is unlimited on original design choice. Revisions usually take a few hours. If you want to change your design choice, there is a $5 fee to start on a different design. It is at the designers discretion to advise a customer if they will require an additional $5 for misuse of the unlimited proofs. No orders are sent to print without approval.

As all computer monitors are different, please be aware that colors shown on your monitor may be slightly different than the original item.

Once your proofs are approved, Photo Cards are printed by a professional printing service on premium Gloss 15 pt Cardstock (Greeting cards on 12 pt) - There is a small MyPicsPro watermark on the back of all Greeting and Composite Modeling/Pageant Cards, as well as photographers' credits if professional photos are used.

Orders are protectively packaged in a clear cellophane envelope before being boxed for shipping

USPS Priority Shipping is INCLUDED

RUSH service (1 week from time of approval) available for an additional $40, please indicate this upon initial email with order and you will be billed separately.

Cancellation:

In the event you wish to cancel your order for any reason after payment, $10 will be deducted from your refund, solely for the purpose of covering the time necessary in processing your order (paperwork and setup does take time!). For cancellation after proofing, the refund will be deducted by $20.

If an order you received was produced incorrectly due to an error entirely on our part, we will promptly re-produce the item(s) and ship them free of charge. Errors that were not found during the proof process are the responsibility of the customer.
